Manipur Government held a cabinet meeting at Ukhrul district headquarters, outside the state capital after Churachandpur, Chandel, Tamenglong, Senapati, Jiribam, and Kangpokpi.

Like every year, thousand of Amur Falcon birds have started their arrival at Tamenglong district in Manipur, along the Barak river banks. The birds take rest here for a month before taking their non-stop flight to Africa for the winters.
