MY HOME INDIA organizes Northeast Students Fest in Delhi
My Home India, a leading NGO working for people of Northeast region living across different places of India is organizing the much-awaited festival of art, culture, music, folk dance, fashion and foods of the eight states of Northeast.
The NESt festival kicks off at the Talkatora Indoor Stadium on Saturday, the 16th of September 2023. Started in 2015, the NESt Fest is an annual event that helps students from the Northeast region to mingle and adapt to the new environment away from home, as they travel to Delhi and other cities for higher studies.
NEST FEST cherishes the rich customs and traditions pursued by the Eight North Eastern States (Ashtalakshmi States) of India.
Since its inception, MY HOME INDIA has been celebrating the NESt festival every year celebrates to welcome fresher North Eastern students. The program is attended by various dignified guests like Cabinet Ministers, Chief Ministers from the North Eastern States and others could be part of this memorable evening.
“The program is to be attended by more than 8000 dignitaries and participants under the aegis of MY HOME INDIA. We organize” NEST FEST” for fresher’s students of North East to help them adapt to their new environment in different cities. The platform had bought the soul together, which is vibrant, contagious and exuberant when observed in the past years” says a statement from MY HOME INDIA.
