The AIC T-Hub Healthcare programme is a joint initiative by T-Hub and the Atal Innovation Mission (AIM).

T-Hub is a Hyderabad-based innovation hub launched in 2015 by the Telangana government, universities and industry to support startups.

Atal Innovation Mission (AIM), established in 2016 by the NITI Aayog, is a government initiative promoting innovation and entrepreneurship across India through labs and incubation centres.

The AIC T-Hub Healthcare programme’s overarching goal is to boost innovation in medtech, digital health and healthcare accessibility.

The selection process for the fifth cohort prioritised startups demonstrating:

  • Technological innovation
  • Regulatory compliance preparedness
  • Market potential
  • Founding team strength

20 startups were selected for the fifth cohort. The selected startups in the fifth cohort reflect key trends shaping India’s healthcare innovation ecosystem, with a strong tilt toward digital-first solutions.

Digital Health Solutions

Digital Health Solutions are a dominant theme as startups leverage technology to enhance care delivery and accessibility.

Teleconsultation and OPD Services: Chqup enables online consultations with doctors and dentists. It also offers blood test booking through its platform.

Remote Patient Monitoring and Management: Cloud Palliative Care delivers remote support for terminally ill patients. Tap Health focuses on chronic care management using a fully AI-driven model, targeting conditions like diabetes and hypertension with digital therapeutics.

Mental Wellness: Dag2IL offers an AI-powered platform designed to provide mental wellness tools and personalized guidance.

Maternal and Infant Care: thebabyland has built an AI-based platform covering the full spectrum of maternal and infant care — from preconception to postpartum.
