Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma inaugurated projects worth Rs 168 crore in Karbi Anglong district on Monday. The projects include infrastructure development and beautification work.

During the event, Sarma praised the Karbi society for preserving their rich socio-cultural traditions and adhering to their ancient belief system. He urged Karbi youths to ensure that the traditional beliefs of their community remain relevant in society.
